Professional History: Isaac Larbi is an experienced Actuary with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry. He is currently a senior Assistant Actuary of Valuation of Pension Risk Transfer book of business at Legal & General America. He worked as a Pricing Actuary of Pension Risk Transfer book of business at Great American Life Insurance Company.

He also worked as Associate Valuation Actuary of Long-Term Care product at Prudential Financial and has various experiences in Pension Consulting and Product Design and Developments with Prudential Financial, Voya Financial and Mercer Human Resource Consulting.  He has been a consultant for many financial institutions in Ghana and supported other initiatives in Ghana on a voluntary basis. He is currently a member of the American Academy of Actuaries, Associate of the Society of Actuaries and a Fellow of the Conference of Consulting Actuaries.

Mentoring/teaching experience, charity or Background linked to My-Talent Inc goals are as follows: he taught hundreds of students at college level. As Elder of the Church of Pentecost, he has mentored many youths in spiritual development and in career choices. He has led a branch of the Church of Pentecost as Presiding Elder for 4 years.
